How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible on your receipt before you check out. The shipping charge is based on the destination country.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA, via PayPal or Online Banking.
What currency do I pay in?
The currency used is Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
What type of courier do you use?
Pos Laju (Pos Malaysia).
When do I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders every Friday with Pos Laju (Pos Malaysia), delivery time will depend on the shipping country and address. If you are in Malaysia, we estimate that you will receive your product within 2 weeks.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a Pos Laju tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please notify us through our email ( shop@salammusik.com ) and we’ll sort it out!
I did not receive an order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder and add ( shop@salammusik.com ) to your contact book for future purchases. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Please notify us through email and we’ll sort it out for you.
How do I find the right T-Shirt size?
I have not received my order yet?
You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking number provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail at Pos Malaysia website. If the tracking has not updated in more than three business days, you did not receive a tracking number, or you have any other questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to ( shop@salammusik.com ).
Can i request for Cash on Delivery ( COD ) ?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery service. However we do have pop-up booth sometimes. Please check updates on our social media ( Instagram @salammusik or Facebook @ salammalaysia @salammusikshop ).
Where is your store located?
We do not have physical store.
